Green Karre Chicken

For: 6 person

Ingrediens:

1 chicken, cutted to 10
50 gram Rimbang fruits
1 pcs of red chilli, slice
50 gram basil leaves
3 tables spoon sweet soya sauce
5 pieces of lemon purut leaves
2 pcs kapulaga, contused
3 pcs cloves
2 tables spoon sugar
500 cc coconut milk
1 teaspoon salt
150 gram green chilli
50 gram rawit chilli
1/2 lemongrass, slice
1 cm sort of ginger, choped
1/4 eta spoon purut peel, choped
1/4 tea spoon pala powder
1 1/2 tea spoon coriander powder
1/6 tea spoon dill powder
1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
1/2 tea spoon well cooked prawn paste
6 pcs garlic
8 pcs red onion

How to cook :

  1. Milled the green chilli, rawit chilli, lemongrass, sort of ginger, purut peel, pala powder, coriander powder, dill powder, black pepper powder, prawn paste, garlic and red onion all together till smooth.
  2. Boiled the 1/5 coconut milk, then add the milled paste no.1, add lemon purut leaves, kapulaga and cloves. Cooked till smell good.
  3. Add chicken, cooked till boiled, then pour the rest of coconut milk, fish sauce and sugar. Swirl untill the chicken well cooked.
  4. Add rimbang, swirl for a minute, then put some red chilli, basil leaves, salt. And swirl till everything weel cooked. Remove from fire, serve with white rice.
